94 éves korában elvesztettük Hubay Miklóst, a magyar drámaírók doyenjét.

Álljunk meg hát egy pillanatra, és ne tévesszük szem elől Madách tragédiájához jegyzetelt sorait.

"a Teremtésből Világvégét csinálhat az egyik teremtmény: az ember."

Madách Imre Az ember tragédiája című drámájáról írt jegyzeteit, esszéit gyűjtötte össze és adta ki
két éve a Napkút kiadó Aztán mivégre az egész teremtés? címmel.

Akkoriban a Főnix Színházi Műhely olvasópróbáján hallottam magam is izgalmas,
eredeti gondolatait a madáchi műről és annak jelenkori aktualitásairól.

Jazzyportraits on Kecskemet

The Jazzyportraits exhibition was opened during the Bohém Fesztivál (Bohemian Festival). Kecskemét Cultural and Conference Center If you missed it, you can still check it out here.

The exhibition of 28 photographs mainly consisted of photos shot in 2009/2010.
On the opening ceremony, the 'All-star' band of the Bohemian Festival played, Nicolas MONTIER (F) – tenorsaxofon, Thilo WAGNER (D) – piano, Jennifer LEITHAM (USA) –doublebass , Vince BARTELS (USA) – drums the Best of Swing Quartet.

I'm very much thankful for every musician who played in the exhibition area, and made it successful. You can watch Tamás Ittzés' introduction of the exhibition below.

The Essl Museum

The Essl Museum contains undoubtedly the most important collection of Austrian post-war art and present art. About 4.500 works of contemporary Austrian and international artists are presented in the new museum, on 3.200 m2 a very broadminded exhibition space a sculpture garden, a cafe and a Bookshop accommodateds.
With its 6,000 exhibits the Essl Museum today offers an excellent overview of Austrian painting since 1945, placing it in an international context. Whenever possible the collectors acquired a number of works by those artists that were of decisive importance for Austrian art. Collecting in depth was always an essential idea and the artists' development in the course of their oeuvre was to be shown.

Only a few of the numerous important artists can be mentioned here: Arnulf Rainer, Sam Francis, Maria Lassnig, Antoni Tapiès, Hermann Nitsch, Günther Brus, Georg Baselitz, Markus Lüpertz and Valie Export
