Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please immediately contact the Art Gallery of Tom Tokes and we can arrange, as appropriate, either a goods exchange, refund or gift voucher replacement. Goods will not be accepted for return or refund later than 30 days of your receiving the goods.
If you receive any product that is damaged, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible (depending on product availability) once we have received return of the damaged product. If your product is lost during shipment we will send you a replacement (depending on product availability) once we have waited for the maximum delivery time to expired. All replacement item for lost / damaged products will be shipped at our cost.
Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that an error was the fault of the Art Gallery of Tom Tokes. If you change your mind about your on-line purchase, all return shipping charges are your responsibility. The Art Gallery reserves the right to reject a return from anyone if any of the above conditions are not met or in the case of excessive returns.
Your order can not be cancelled once the order has been shipped. The return policy conditions above will apply.
