Kecskeméten a Jazzyportraits kiállítás

jazz, portraits, exhibition, A Tavaszi Fesztivál keretében megrendezett Bohém Fesztiválon nyílt meg a Jazzyportraits tárlat a Kecskeméti Kulturális és Konferencia Központban. Aki lemaradt róla most belekukkanthat.
A 28 képet bemutató kiállítás anyagának zömét 2009 - 2010-ben készült koncertportréimból válogattam.

A megnyitón a Bohém fesztivál All Stars zenekara, a Nicolas MONTIER (F) – tenorszaxofon, Thilo WAGNER (D) – zongora, Jennifer LEITHAM (USA) – bőgő, Vince BARTELS (USA) – dob összeállítású Best of Swing Quartet játszott.

A koncerthelyszínként működő kiállítási térben fellépő muzsikusok sokat tettek hozzá a tárlat sikeréhez, ezért külön köszönettel tartozom nekik. Ittzés Tamás kedves felvezetője és a képek láthatóak az alábbi videón.

The Essl Museum

The Essl Museum contains undoubtedly the most important collection of Austrian post-war art and present art. About 4.500 works of contemporary Austrian and international artists are presented in the new museum, on 3.200 m2 a very broadminded exhibition space a sculpture garden, a cafe and a Bookshop accommodateds.
With its 6,000 exhibits the Essl Museum today offers an excellent overview of Austrian painting since 1945, placing it in an international context. Whenever possible the collectors acquired a number of works by those artists that were of decisive importance for Austrian art. Collecting in depth was always an essential idea and the artists' development in the course of their oeuvre was to be shown.

Only a few of the numerous important artists can be mentioned here: Arnulf Rainer, Sam Francis, Maria Lassnig, Antoni Tapiès, Hermann Nitsch, Günther Brus, Georg Baselitz, Markus Lüpertz and Valie Export

Rhytmic Gymnastics European Championships, Bremen, 2010

The hungarian RG team (BUDA Júlia, HAUSER Judit, KOHLHOFFER Fanni, TOPIC Dária, TŐKÉS Anna and VÁNDOR Ágnes) finished at 9th place, with 25.100 points at the Rhytmic Gymnastics European Championships, in Hoops category. The Azerbaijani team managed to reach into the finals in the 8th place, with 25.625 points. Our girls finished at 10th place in overall ranking, with 48.850 points.
